Mercy: A Christian Way of Life (Essyas in Honour of Rev. Dr Biju Michael SDB)

Editors David Neuhaus & Romero D’Souza

Mercy: A Christian Way of Life grew out of dialogue and love and with deep interest, both intellectual and personal in the virtue of mercy.  This book reflects on varied topics which flow from the experiences of the authors in which they link reflections and meditations based on Scriptural passages from the New and Old Testament.  It is a book that stands as a reminder and a challenge to every Christian to be as gratuitous with our love as God is.  As we embark on this journey of mercy let us seek to understand how essential God’s mercy is to the Christian faith, and how living a life of mercy is to living that faith.  This call to mercy is manifested in Mercy: A Christian Way of Life which witnesses to the others the experience of deeper appreciation for and acknowledgment of God’s mercy.  The articles provide us an opportunity to explore in greater depth God’s mercy, love and compassion in Sacred Scripture.
