— A Missionary of Africa, Fr Russell is originally from Scotland.  He holds a Licentiate in Theology from Strasbourg University, as well as a Licentiate in Dogmatic Theology and Doctorate in Dogmatic Theology from the Pontifical University of St Thomas Aquinas in Rome.
